Payment Terms

All orders must be prepaid in US Dollars by Credit Card, wire transfer or Money Order, Postal Order, Cashiers Cheque. Payments by MasterCard , Visa, American Express, Discover must be remitted by fax or Mail only. Sorry, no C.O.D.´s . Personal Checks must clear first prior to delivery.  

Shipping/Handling Policy:
 
We only ship our rentals within the USA to individuals or organizations .We ship by courier, using the renter's account .There are no minimum quantity requirements. S&H and Insurance charges are for the buyer's account. Renter is responsible for all or any shipping and handling charges associated with their order. 

Delivery Times

 All in stock items are shipped within 2 days after receipt of payment. In the event an item is out of stock you will be notified with an estimated ship date. Please feel free to call or email to check the availability of any item prior to placing your order. 

Privacy Policy:
 
We keep all the buyer's information confidential including names, addresses, email addresses, credit card details unless it is requested by official law enforcement agencies. 

Return Policy

All rentals returned must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. We shall charge or refund any difference upon receipt of the rental goods when we have received the goods back in good condition and without modification. Shipping charges are not refundable and shipping and handling charges on returns must be borne by the renter. Any goods not returned due to loss or damage shall be charged to the renters card at the cost of the item shown on our website minus any deposit paid.

LEGAL STATUS of PRODUCTS 

When applicable, equipment sold may be subject to Public Law 90-351, Title 111, 18 U.S.D., Section 2511, and any local, state or federal ordinances. 
It is the responsibility of the BUYER, to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state or federal laws in regard to possession and use of any item from this on-line store.
